Inter's Figo Will Miss Fenerbahce Match

Inter's Figo Will Miss Fenerbahce Match
By Nathan L. Redd
Inter Milan star Luis Figo broke his leg over the weekend against Juventus and will be sidelined for approximately two months. The injury means the star will miss their November 27th UEFA Champions League battle against Fenerbahce. Figo is a vital part of the Inter Milan gameplan, and was one of the stars of the 2006 World Cup for his native Portugal.
Inter Milan currently lead Group G with six points, just one ahead of second-place Fenerbahce. The Italian side is decimated with injuries, however. Patrick Vieira, Dejan Stankovic, Marco Materazzi, Nicolas Burdisso, and goalkeeper Francesco Toldo are all out with injuries or suspensions. Inter Milan will host last-place CSKA Moscow on Wednesday in Group G action.
