Newcastle United Show Interest in Tuncay

According to Club Call, Newcastle United and Turkish star Emre has confirmed that Manager Sam Allardyce of Newcastle has expressed interest in Tuncay Sanli. The English side was rumored to be interested in Tuncay earlier in the spring. Newcastle United join a growing list of European squads expressing interest in Tuncay, including AC Milan, Barcelona, and up-and-comers Birmingham City among others.

Fenerbahce is expected to continue negotiations to keep Tuncay in Kadikoy for the 2007-2008 season. Stay tuned for more details.
