Roberto Carlos "Allergic" to Galatasaray

Roberto Carlos got off to a good start in the minds and hearts of Fenerbahceli's over the weekend. During his medical examination he was asked if he was allergic to anything; he told doctors and Fenerbahce reporters "Yes, I am allergic to Galatasaray."

During the exam at Acibadem Hospital, he also told reporters that he would score a goal in the season opener. Carlos has not been shy with his comments during his first weeks with Fenerbahce. He made comments such as "Fenerbahce is the greatest!" speaking in broken Turkish at his signing, and he recently told Spanish press that Fenerbahce will have "great achievements in UEFA Champions League" under his leadership. He has stated in previous weeks that he did not expect to leave Real Madrid, but Fenerbahce made him feel wanted and important again.

The world will get to see the beginning of the Roberto Carlos era starting next week at the team's Austrian camp.
