Hassan: "(Fenerbahce) Won't Walk Over Us"
By Nathan L. Redd
Anderlecht star Ahmed Hassan recently spoke about the team's upcoming game with Fenerbahce. The Egyptian midfielder knows Fenerbahce well, having played in Turkiye for eight years with Kocaelispor, Denizlispor, Genclerbirligi, and Besiktas.

"They won't walk over us. But it's clear that they have a strong team, eager to shine in the Champions League. I've seen their game for the Supercup against Besiktas and I've read about their first game in the league. It wasn't that great, but it will be different on Wednesday. We'll have to be careful, because they play very agressive" said Hassan.

Hassan spoke with Anderlecht website Purple Dynamite and spoke about Fenerbahce star Alex de Souza. "He's returning from an injury and didn't play on Friday in the league. But when he's fit, it will be difficult for us. Also Kezman is a dangerous player. I'm not afraid of Roberto Carlos, he won't make the difference," Hassan said."Their weakest spot is the defense though. We must try to score on a counter attack," said the Egyptian midfielder.
